 Below The Bleachers, Someone Lurks

Lynn leaned against the cold, steel pole of the bleachers. An unlit cigarrete loosely being held in her mouth by her gentle pink lips, she rummaged around in her schoolbag for a lighter. Finally finding it, she flicked the gear, letting the flame show, and lit her cigarrette.

In a relieved matter, she sighed, and very faintly smiled to herself, blowing the grey smoke out into the damp air. She looked around, seeing nobody. She then sat down, still under the bleachers, and took out a pocket mirror, slightly fixing her makeup.

A group of girls walk by on their way to cheer practice, and make their usual rude and disheartening comments to her, as they do everytime they see her. Just like everyone else did.

She learned to not even notice it anymore. But it didn't make it hurt any less.

Going for his daily smoke, Codie 'CJ' Vance made his way out of school and towards the practice field. It was a usual thing, for him to just cut class to come outside and smoke. Walking along the bleachers, popping a cig in his mouth, CJ searched his pockets for a lighter. Finding a girl leaning against a pole under the bleachers, kneeling down he spoke. "Excuse me, do you have a lighter?" He asked her, waiting patiently for an answer.
